* The fuel surcharge rate will be based on the U.S. Department of Energy, retail gasoline and diesel national averages and will be updated every Monday. The surcharge will be strictly limited to the base delivery charge and not applied to any supplemental service charges (notary service, weight, wait time, etc.).
