We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any shipment that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our internal policies, including shipments of hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials.

All quotes provided by Chase Couriers & Logistics are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may differ based on actual shipment details, including weight, dimensions, distance, service level, and any special handling requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
As a shipper, you are responsible for:
Chase Couriers & Logistics exercises reasonable care in handling and transporting shipments. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited as follows:
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Delivery cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Warehousing and logistics contracts may have separate cancellation terms as outlined in your service agreement.

Certain goods, including hazardous materials, illegal substances, and high-risk items like firearms or precious metals, are strictly forbidden from our transport and warehousing services.
Shipments containing restricted items that are discovered during transit will be immediately detained, and the shipper will be held liable for any resulting legal or environmental cleanup costs. We encourage all clients to review our comprehensive list of non-shippable goods before scheduling a delivery to avoid service disruptions or potential forfeiture of cargo.
The security of your information within our Xcelerator portal is a top priority for our logistics operations. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your shipment data, order history, and personal contact information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately notify our support team if they suspect any unauthorized activity on their account. By utilizing our digital tracking and fulfillment tools, you agree to adhere to our security guidelines designed to safeguard the integrity of our shared logistics ecosystem.
